Mercy Rule is in effect according to Chris Jones and company on the broadcast, so UConn will need to score at least 5 runs or else the game will end after the bottom of the 7th inning.

Bottom 7th, UConn loads the bases with no outs with singles by Detwiler and Rispoli, and Minick getting hit by a pitch. Polemeni draws a no out walk bringing in a run. 23-10 BC.

Marshall draws a no out walk bringing in a run. 23-11 BC.

A no out double by Menzel drives in 2 runs, 23-13 BC.

Wachter follows with a no out single driving in a run and putting runners on the corners. 23-14 BC.

With 1 out Belisario is hit by a pitch to load the bases. Detwiler follows with a double that drives in 3 runs. 23-17 BC.

Minick draws a 2 out walk, but that is it for the UConn offense this inning.

I am surprised you were able to eat after watching that debacle... What an utter embarrassment - Penders has a tremendous reservoir of good will, but this is beyond the pale.
