A one-game suspension doesn't seem that punitive. Who's to say a coach isn't looking to go with the backup anyway the next game.

A BC hockey fan perspective of UConn after losing last night posted on BC Interruption. This BC fan needs some serious therapy.

“Losing to UConn in anything makes my stomach turn. UConn has to be one of the most irrelevant academic institutions in the country. Name me one thing, one program, they're known for nationally. Why would anyone choose to go to UConn with the dozens of better schools, public and private, available in the region? Admissions maybe, I guess? Not looking it up, but maybe an 80% acceptance rate.
Thrown in Calhoun and Blumenthal's BS lawsuit, and they're about as easy to loathe as ND and Syracuse.”

He must loathe SMU too.

The trick is make it more than a one off.

The kids played their hearts out. Let's see if we can replicate this next weekend against a tough, well coached UML team.
