Time to watch Tyson destroy Paul. Or at least bite his head off.

I wonder if it’s the same knee he injured last season and had surgery on

Can we get an update on Tung? Is he out for the season or making an appearance anytime soon?

He missed the BU game due to a knee issue. I'm not confident we see Tung this year, hope I'm wrong.

Typical Cav season. After a wth weekend where Merrimack overwhelms you the next week you come back and beat the number 2 team in the country. Just remarkably inconsistent but that is a hell of a win. Team played with heart and home crowd in Storrs got treated to a great night. For those of you there there aren’t many better nights than beating BC in hockey.

I believe that UConn builds the schedule around avoiding football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball wherever possible. So it’s heavily frontloaded, always have the December break when possible, etc.

This is a weird thing every year- after tonight the men have one game in Storrs before February. It’s November 15! This is weird!!!
and then have 7 consecutive home games in Feb.

A BC hockey fan perspective of UConn after losing last night posted on BC Interruption. This BC fan needs some serious therapy.

“Losing to UConn in anything makes my stomach turn. UConn has to be one of the most irrelevant academic institutions in the country. Name me one thing, one program, they're known for nationally. Why would anyone choose to go to UConn with the dozens of better schools, public and private, available in the region? Admissions maybe, I guess? Not looking it up, but maybe an 80% acceptance rate.
Thrown in Calhoun and Blumenthal's BS lawsuit, and they're about as easy to loathe as ND and Syracuse.”

That’s the same guy who threatened to leave the country when BC lost to UConn in football and hockey in the same week . LOL. He is from Haddam I think. Sucks being him.

What a snob. He should be used to losing to UConn by now, in many sports.
I have met many BC alums. And i have to say. They are all arrogant. The interesting thing is they basically suck or are irrelelevant at everything except in hockey.

I had a conversation with someone (can’t remember who it was) but they said the same thing about Villanova. Said they really think highly of themselves and their school. I’m sure it’s a good school but no reason to think you’re better than anybody. I don’t get why people do that.

This idiot isn’t familiar with our men’s and women’s basketball programs? Probably too busy watching BC being nothing but mediocre in hoops. And our academics are pretty good, as well.

The University of Connecticut (UConn) has many nationally recommended programs, including:

Online graduate programs
UConn's online master's programs in nursing, business, and engineering are among the best in the country, according to U.S. News & World Report.

Nursing
UConn's nursing program is in the top 10 of national online programs.

Business UConn's MBA program is known for its rigorous curriculum, active student involvement, and career support. The MSBAPM program is among the top 20 in the nation.

Engineering
UConn's College of Engineering graduate programs include:
  • Chemical Engineering: Ranked #2 in Student Outcomes and #12 in Academic Jobs by the National Research Council

  • Civil Engineering: Ranked #7 for Placement Rate by the National Research Council

  • Environmental Engineering: Ranked #7 in Diversity and #8 in Placement Rate by the National Research Council

  • Materials Science: Ranked #4 in Diversity and #5 in Placement Rate by the National Research Council

  • Mechanical Engineering: Ranked #5 in Awards and #14 in Publications by the National Research Council

Aww…poor BC. SMU just put them away. 38-28. That guy is having a rough weekend. I love when bad things happen to stupid fans.
