Huh. I have Comcast internet (no cable) and I've watched UCMBB and UCWBB on ESPN3 with the watch ESPN app on my Firestick/TV. Yeah, I think I had to sign in with Comcast credentials way back when.
Just checked, the game is listed on ESPN3 on my desktop but not on the Firestick app.

The issue is this is a LHN production and the LHN is NOT on Xfinity/Comcast ("Longhorn Network is available with these providers and on WatchESPN with a subscription to an affiliated video provider.")

I could be wrong but just wanted @ct06111 to have a back-up plan since he asked specifically about Xfinity.

The Longhorn Network is included in my DirectTV Now package that streams through the 4th generation Apple TV. Its via an app, and I think they will give you a free 7-day trial, but you need the hardware.

Welp, so much for that. "user not authorized" message on ESPN3.

According to Chris Jones on WHUS, Willy Yahn told him that he should be back for the 1st game against UC-Davis.

Top of the third, Troy Stefanski gets the first UConn hit of the day, but is left stranded. No score, Texas at bat.

Bottom of 3rd, Tim Cate throws a 1-2-3 with two strikeouts. Fives strikeouts total for Cate.

Bad news in the bottom 4th, Tim Cate coming out of game with apparent shoulder injury. Ryan Radue coming in.

Tough breaks today. Feldstein lost one in the sun in foul territory, then Cate gave up a double later in the at bat, then on a 2-2 pitch to Clemens a call he had been getting for strike all day was called a ball, then next pitch the 2 run homer.

Ryan Radue gets the side in order in the bottom of the 5th. 3-0 Texas. UConn needs some offense against a sharp Texas pitcher Morgan Cooper.

Hill is still a black hole at the plate.

Pitching has kept us in the game but the offense looks helpless.

On the Longhorn Network, Penders said in an interview with the announcers that he thinks Cate's injury is a spasm and was being precautious taking him out. Fingers crossed he's right

Aside from Radue giving up the homer to Clemens, Husky relief pitching has been quite solid today. Offense needs to get three runs to tie it up in the top of the ninth.
