I noticed the sarcasm, I think.Awesome. The same night as our home football game on ESPN versus Louisville. Warde seems to love scheduling our opener opposite a home FB game.
 ESPN and the Barclays Center scheduled this, not Warde. You cannot turn down a game like this because of a weeknight football game.
So far we have Indiana, Texas, Washington, and Maryland. Any other good OOC opponents I missed?
Is it crazy to think this could be a huge opportunity to show the higher-ups in the B1G that we own New York?
Considering that over 30,000 UConn fans that actually attend games will be otherwise occupied, you might be.
I forgot that UConn football trumps UConn basketball in this state. My mistake.
So are you saying that fans should not go to a home football game against a BCS Bowl-winning team and instead go to Brooklyn to watch the BB team play an NIT-level team?
We aren't guaranteed Indiana, right? We have to beat BC and they have to beat Washington (or we'll play UW twice!).So far we have Indiana, Texas, Washington, and Maryland. Any other good OOC opponents I missed?

One is close and the tickets will be sold with the season tickets. The other is a separate purchase and is travel to Brooklyn.
It's unfortunate but that won't be a huge game from a basketball standpoint. It's not like NCSU was jammed and that was the Garden not against a home football game.

Not if the football team is 3-4 at the time. The Louisville football game will (hopefully) be about 1000% more important than a November basketball game, even in CT....and 1000% is an understatement.
