UConn the "unofficial Champion of the ACC

Soooooo, as I troll Duke fans, here we go. Duke head coach Diaz claims the Blue Devols "deserve", a place CFP, with an 8-5 record. THEN with that rationale UCONN deserves a place as well for defeating the ACC champion.
Yeah, this is nothing but trolling, but it feels good to twist the undies of Duke fans.

This really is hilarious. You cant just make this up. Maybe the ACC reduces scheduling teams outside the ACC but there still gonna need “easy” wins🤣

Just more evidence the ACC is poorly run. A simple change to a highest ranking tie breaker would have avoided this. Miami would have played UVA and the winner guaranteed to be one of the top 5 champs.

They should have seen this coming once the P5 champs weren't guaranteed bids.

Should we be so critical of the ACC. I mean, as an example take a look at BC and its athletic excellence. After a stellar 2-10 football season they head into hoops with an outside chance, albeit extremely unlikely, of making the NIT. You don't see that type of ineptitude very often, except for maybe Syracuse.

Seriously, on a level playing field (i.e. conference revenue share) UCONN competes very well in the ACC across the board. BC, literally, never has and never will.
