UConn-Texas Game Thread

Certainly has shown at the end of quarters. Every one.

Well they must do a great job recharging their batteries on the bench because a 6 pt lead went to a 1 point deficit.

Looks like we will find out if we have improved at end of game execution in close games.

Aston is smart. She knows her team is gassed and is going to use tos to give them rest every few minutes.

They’ve been very physical with her, too. It’s very fatiguing
I think Lou's left eye is starting to swell.

In the first 30 seconds of the 4th quarter they had a close up of Lou's face for a second and it looked like the eye was swelling

Credit Texas for some of the difficulties; they can play. They have managed to be close with only 5 to go.

Texas has kept UConn's 3pt shooters off the perimeter. That could yet be the difference down the stretch.

I do wish UConn had a solid 7 player rotation for important games like this one. Things feel so flimsy with their depth when they're down to 6 (with Walker clearly still on Geno's "not impressed" list).

Who was it that posted earlier that KLS is frequently missed while she's wide open down low?? SO so true. They find her, but not often enough. That girl cuts non stop. So active this year on offense when she's without the ball. Polar opposite to her mindset 2 years ago. Amazing.
Don't know if I said it but I see it every game. All I know is they better get her the rock the last nine.

We don’t know if she’s sick or injured
