That first half was one of the most satisfying beatdowns I've ever seen.

Azzi Fudd is doubling up Syracuse by herself.

Still amazed that the ACC looked out over the landscape and their position in it and thought, yeah, we need to invite Cal, Stanford and SMU to make our conference better. They deserve this kinda thing.

Sarah Strong is a basketball savant. She's levels above everyone else in women's college basketball. It's like they have prime female Jokic and prime female Steph Curry on the same team with a bunch of good/great players surrounding them.

Cuse can barely get a shot off.

The skill level between Strong and almost every other big in WCBB is just staggering.

I actually turned it off I was so embarrassed for the women from Syracuse. They should get two points for getting the ball across half court.
Second half was a 33-33 tie, and you missed it.

It reminded me of the Bridgeport Miss State beat down several years ago.

As I'm so apt to say, to understand the all cretins crew, one must be conversant in the language of stupid. For a bunch of institutions that have supposedly high academic standards, not withstanding Loservile, they have made some clusterducking asinine decisions.

How bout the UCONN/St. Francis game in the 2018 tournament? UCONN scored 94 points in the first half, and finished with 140. MOV--88 points.

For what ever reason the ACC does not want UConn to join. Do.n't want to hear about football not being good enough.

Whether it's the lawsuit Blumenthal filed on the ACC or our old BE foes just don't want us.
Football played a big part of why they didn't offer UConn, but it it is well known tht BC voted no bcus UConn would cut into their fanbase and tv (money) options (in basketball) to this day BC would still Vote no. Being in the east and along the Atlantic coast there's no reason (beside football) the UConn shouldn't be in the ACC.

The real test will be between 2030 and 2036 if teams leave the ACC. If we aren't picked up as fillers, then, it will never happen.

I'd love to see the big 12 get proactive and take us before the inevitable ACC defections, but I'm pretty sure their game plan will be to pick off a team or two from the ACC.

I actually wonder about this now. I mean it seems as if BC is barely trying in any sport but hockey. At this point, maybe they would rather have one more easy road trip, but who knows?

Having Blanca and Sarah as your core to build a team around the next two seasons is quite the luxury for Geno.
Agree with you but with one addition. We also need a consistent Azzi/Paige type shooter from beyond the arc---a 1-3 position player. Candidates are Ash, Allie, Morgan and our incoming recruit, J Pop. If I was one of that group, I would spent hundreds of hours perfecting that skill prior to next season.
I know both Ash and Allie have shown the ability to do that once in a while, but not consistently plus I think our starting guards will be the same as this year: KK and Ash which limits another "shooter" to the #3 position so can you say Morgan. Another option would be to have a bigger lineup with SS at the 3, BQ at the 4 and OV at the 5. Lots of options, we just need someone to grab a hold of the opportunity.
I am reminded of the comment Geno made to one of his AC's after watching Lou L-S. a couple of years ago, during a pre-season practice (while his mic was on). His comment was that someone who thought they would be starting would be wrong. He couldn't pass up on a shooter like Lou.
