-> David Smith (Connecticut/2022) started his collegiate career at La Salle and had to sit out the 2021 season after transferring to UConn. He became a major impact player for the Huskies this spring, hitting .307/.405/.496 with nine homers, 11 doubles and 23 stolen bases, giving an indication of his well-rounded skill set. He has a sturdy, athletic frame at 5-10, 190 pounds, and he’s a switch-hitter with sneaky pop. He runs well and picks his spots adeptly on the basepaths, and his feet play well at second base, where he has smooth actions and sure hands. Smith is a hard-nosed player whose work ethic should endear himself to scouts. <-

Before the pandemic and before MLB cut back on the number of minor league teams and leagues, the MLB draft was 40 rounds instead of the 20 rounds it is now. It is quite possible that players like Erik Stock, David Smith and others might have been picked in a 40 round draft, but that's the way things go.

Garrett Coe gets a brief mention in this article on college players who played for Falmouth this past summer:

Left-hander Garrett Coe(Connecticut/2023) has an XL frame at 6-foot-6, 253 pounds and worked at 87-89 from an over-the-top slot. His fastball showed some bore and his best pitch was a 79-80 mph changeup with good deception and wiggle, but his 77 mph breaking ball was below-average in our brief look.
