In my mind it's never too early to start a new summer ball thread if you have something to post to it, and you did.
Interesting, has Brendan O'Donnell taken a giant step forward? Getting an invite to join a Cape team has to be viewed as a positive.
Looks like there is going to be plenty of college summer baseball in Norwich in 2022. The Mystic Schooners of the NECBL are moving to Norwich, and will be sharing Dodd Stadium with the Norwich Sea Unicorns of the Futures League this coming summer. Mystic Schooners usually have a few UConn players on their roster.

The Healdsburg Prune Packers of the California Collegiate League often have a UConn player or two playing for them during the summer season. The Healdsburg 2022 roster has a couple of UConn players currently listed on it, including one of the Huskies California JUCO's:

Sam Favieri is now listed on the Mystic Schooners roster. By the way, the Schooners will be playing their home games at Dodd Stadium in Norwich this summer.

Cal JUCO redshirt Curren Larson is now on the Norwich Sea Unicorns roster for this summer.
Gave up 3 runs in the 1st inning on 3 hits, a walk, and an error.
Scoreless 2nd, and retired the side in order in the 3rd.
Another scoreless frame in the 4th, Larson has settled down nicely, maybe he had to shake off the rust from not having pitched in a game at UConn this season.
Incoming freshman Gavin Greger and redshirt freshman Jackson Petersen are now listed on the New Britain Bees roster.
