UConn Players in the Pros

So does that mean he can come back ?? Or is he a pro now??
An Amateur Tryout (ATO) in the NHL/AHL
allows amateur players, typically finishing college or junior hockey, to play for professional teams without losing amateur status. They are common late-season moves for development. While NHL ATOs are rarely used for skaters (only emergencies), players often sign ATOs with AHL affiliates (as in this case), acting as a "tryout" for future entry-level contracts. Skaters on ATOs generally receive no compensation.(via google)

Last night former UConn goalie, Logan Terness, started his 1st game in the AHL.

His backup was former UConn goalie coach Vince Stalletti. Stalletti was signed as an emergency backup while being the team’s goalie coach.
