Think about the 50 or so that just got expelled for cheating and those that did any didn't get caught. Uniform worship isn't a healthy thing.

I think with Army running, which keeps the clock moving, there's a chance that UConn could cover... but then I see our defensive backs and their unwillingness to make a tackle and I have zero confidence that the corners will handle their responsibilities for the pitch-man or make the tackle if they do actually cover him (which also neglects to mention how poorly UConn has done, not just setting contain, but then trying to close down contain). The resulting chunk plays then negate that advantage. I do think that UConn could score their first points against FBS opposition this week. I wouldn't actually bet money on either occurrence, but it's not implausible.

If the same defense shows up on Saturday that we have seen the previous 2 weeks this could be ugliest game since Boise State, defensively speaking. We have been melting down in the 2nd quarter. If that happens Saturday and we have 3 quarters of missed assignments and missed tackles from an increasingly gassed defense, physically and mentally, then Army will start scoring on 2, 3 or 4 plays from 80 yards out. And I don't think they will let up until the final gun sounds. Service academies tend to play that way.

They're giving us only a 1.8% chance vs Army and predicting a 40-11 score.

The spread of 33 and the over/under of 52.5 taken together imply UConn is predicted to score at least 19 do they not?
