Nice touch. I wondered who that was. He looked a lot taller than Warde...how tall is Warde? Anyone know?
 
I have to think we get Kasongo, think this kid could be a beast.
 
I see they even had Derek Jeter at the game with his hot SI Model......LOL;)

Heck if I were Kasongo I'm thinking I can play PF and QB for UConn after watching that game!!

He might be an excellent tight end.
 
Don't like that UK is showing interest now. He has said they are his "dream school". The moment they offer, I feel like we would lose his interest quickly.
 
Uh-oh. He only said he had a "good" time. Not awesome or killer or bangin' or rip-roarin'

If he said he had a rip-roarin' time, it would have been smooth sailing. Nobody says that unless they intend to commit.

They've been showing interest for a while now. They have watched him a couple times in the past year but nothing major. If he gets an offer it's because they missed in a bunch of people.
 
I don't see how Kasongo won't sign after this weekend. Being on the sidelines, being on camera with our athletic director in from of a huge national audience. Playing with Kemba and Lamb, I'm sure they both showed of their rings to him.

If that doesn't seal the deal, I don't know what else can- Ray-Ray re-creating his amazing shot for Ray in the finals?
 
Just saw Kasongo played for Grassroots Canada - that was Denham's team. Not sure if that helps, hurts or is irrelevant. I'd lean towards door number three from those choices, but you never know.
 
113 points of irrelevancy. I really hope we land him though. Looks like he has size and great upside. Would make not landing Abu a non issue.

I hope we land him too but I also hope that after he has a solid career for us including winning a ring, going to a Final 8, and hitting some huge shots for us, you won't call him an irrelevancy.
 
My point was that Denham playing on the same team a decade ago isn't going to impact Kasongo's decision at all. It was in no way a jab at Denham.
