UCONN Needs You Now... (NOT OT)

Long Time UCONN fan and alumni. I bought 4 tixs to Army and going to buy a 3 game mini. I live near (god forbid) Syracuse so hard to make evert but plan to buy tixs to the lesser quality games and give most to the CT relatives. It's not that expensive and just maybe I can help create a fan. Buy tickets to the less popular games and fill the seats. It doesn't hurt that most of the games are in Sept. I want to do my share!!

Fans need to buy tickets.

Not for nothing, but scoop up hockey tickets, too, while you're at it. (They are dirt cheap.)

That said, the ticket office needs to kiss some ass when the phone rings and especially when the phone rings and there's a long-time customer on the other end with a gripe. You just cannot let folks like whaler and noeynox get off the phone feeling like they have not been treated well.

That's bad business.

I've had zero problems with the ticketing office. They actually are always helpful because I like to sit in the last row of the stadium against the fence.
