MSU is clearly more talented and less disciplined. After three UConn power plays you just can’t give the ref a chance to even it up. That was a soft penalty call and the MSU kid sold it but you just can’t take that penalty after a solid first period

I honestly can’t tell if you’re a UConn fan or a troll anymore, you haven’t had a single positive thing to say in ages. I’m not defending the team’s play, but let’s also not pretend that this game was going to be easy, MSU is clearly better

Allain-Samake got a penalty for roughing because the refs didn’t want to give MSU another penalty. Joke

Overall, we are playing hard and getting plenty of shots. Muselik has also played well, including that penalty shot save. Unfortunately, we have made a couple of bad mistakes that are the difference in this game. We still have a good chance here.

Shots on goal don't matter much if they're not quality shots. Hard to score on these power plays when you don't have snipers on the level of MSU, or can't even get past their blue line to set them up to begin with.
