Yeah, that was colder than a witch's..................well lets just say it was damn cold.As I watched this I reflected on all those years of standing outside under the Saarinen Roof.
Best ice in the east, however. Very fast. I skated on it quite a bit. Rented time for my kids and their friends for hockey drills and scrimmages, did public skating a lot. Much as I hate the "Student Deck", it may be that underneath is some of the space that the men's and/or women's teams utilize. If so, I'll modify my criticism......................but not for the poor utilization of the wasted space behind the goal upon entry, which I estimate (no hockey architect here) could accommodate as many as 150-200 additional seats.
