I gotta see my girl, Stefanie, get more looks though. What? No love for the post players today? Just kidding. That is the beauty of our Huskies; we can hit you many ways.

Breanna is getting the points from the post today. Stef is playing nice D, but she hasn't had the opportunities on O she usually gets.

I'll still say what I said earlier, how did this Memphis team lose six games. Sure they're down 15 points, but they are playing well with good ball movement.

They might have lost some of those games because they looked passed them game planning for UConn.

Stupid ESPN3 cut away from G's interview. What did he have to say?

It is too clogged and packed in on Stef in the post. Maybe in the second half as we are making 3s now.

Come on, Kara, there is no room inside to get the ball to Stef. Memphis has 2-3 in the paint with her. The Memphis zone is counting on stopping Stef and us missing 3s.

Exactly.....Stef scores 25 with a double double the previous game.....you don't think the coach is gonna prepare for that?

So does Geno call off the dogs or do we break 100?

Bria H is really looking like a first team All American! She looks cool and confident- great defense and poise! Mo Jef playing great every game now!

Back to playing very sloppy.

Banks back in.

Tigers pretty well outplaying us this half. That doesn't happen too often.

Five Minutes of sloppy play allows Memphis to go on a 12-0 Run. :)

Since the Exam break team has allowed teams to play them even for long stretches of time.

Tuck needs to avoid getting so deep unless she is cutting back door or driving - her weak spot is that she doesn't have much elevation and if she doesn't have space she gets blocked too easily.

Her footwork is good, she just needs to remember to use it more often to create space when she is deep in traffic like that , not just go right up with it.

Geno leaving Stewie on the bench for an extended "rest."

I think, in theory, Memphis' game plan is the best chance a team has to give UConn a run for it's money. Pack it in down low and hope UConn misses their 3's. Playing man to man vs UConn results in too many bad mismatches down low for the other team. The problem is, with KML in the lineup, I don't see that happening over the course of an entire game. Their greatest strength, outside of the best defense in WCBB, is their versatility on offense.
They score in every manner and with every player.

What was the offensive foul call on Morgan for? No follow up from the announcers

.-.
Tuck not playing great yet- but she seams to be moving extremely well on offense and defense-
