I think I just heard Chris Jones say that Darras may have suffered a rotator cuff injury, so he isn't available to pitch.

Nice rally, might be too little too late though. We have no midweek games this week so we should expend all possible resources to avoid a bad loss on the road.

It seems the UConn offense has been threatening all game, but leaving runners on base left and right. They finally score two in the seventh and are still at bat, before a rain/lightning puts a temporary halt to the proceedings.

This rain shortened game really hurts, as it seemed that the Husky offense was finally making some progress, not to mention runs, against Memphis pitching. Oh well, that's baseball for you.

Houston-Tulane game today was cancelled due to the weather. So UConn and East Carolina are a game back of Cincy, while Tulane is in second a half game back of Cincy. A big jumble at the top of the AAC standings.
