I recently read about a guy in Indonesia who kicked the bucket at age 146 ( documented). He smoked for more than 130 years. So you never know.

The oldest verified & documented person to have ever lived was Jeanne Calment of France (February 21, 1875 - August 4th 1997), who lived to the age of 122 years and 164 days.

There was alledgedly a Chinese guy who lived over 200 years. NY Times did an article on him when he died. I'm sure you can find it.
