Agreed. Whitmer has clearly shown he has ability. That has been more than equalled by the fact that he has absolutely ZERO football IQ and will throw the ball whether his target is open or not. Nothing between the ears. Oh, did you see him try and "make" the tackle on that Pick 6? Disgusting.

The kid has ability, but he has pretty well shown he refuses to learn from his experiences.

Keeler is spot on with his analysis right there. Our line is terrible, has been terrible for over a year, and will continue to be terrible. Why not throw short slants and outs? The QB has no time to look for even 10 yard routes.

And this son of a b*tch coach is in year 3. He's responsible.
 
I still cant get over catching that field goal attempt. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything quite like it.

I don't hold P responsible for individual plays (i.e. Mack's brain fart, Wagner's bad punts, Whitmer's pick 6, etc) but I do hold him responsible for the overall performance of the team and he needs to go.
 
It's so bad. How can you let your university be represented by this level of coaching. They have to let coach P go
 
why is PP so scared to change quarterbacks? what are we gonna do, blow the game? let's TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

How a coach this bad...so awful, and deep down he must know how washed up he really is, how does he have the nerve the even apply to be a head coach again let alone get hired!

Burton should have sued Hathaway when this atrocity was hired.
 
We are lucky to be in a conference with a bunch of other lightweights.

I just don't understand why they have Whitmer roll out to the right side of the line two plays in a row....you know, the side of the line that has been getting killed all night...ughh...

We've had teams with less talent who played better than this. It's coaching. We've had oline's with far less talent who played much better. Interesting that every unit George Deleone coaches turns out to be horrible.

I would have gone for it right there. Yes, you're in your territory, but down 14 points with our offense....you have to go for it there...
