It's very hard to watch college football with all the bogus refereeing. 3 games I watched today, and the refs screwed up all 3 games, and in each game, the refs were from the opposition's conference.

Aren't Pass Interference calls in the end zone ones that result in the ball on the 1? Or is that just the NFL? I know it's 15 yrds in college no matter what but I thought end zone was different.
