The negatoids should go to bed, or at least stop posting!!! Go Huskies!!

They weren't going to shoot like that all game. Halftime adjustments are needed if this is going to be a game

What? Over? Did they say over?

The negative nancies should be gone soon. Most convalescent homes don't let their residents stay up past 10:30

Roscoe's shot went off when there was ~3.5 seconds, so you get two to three dribbles at most and still get off a very low percentage half court or just inside half court shot.

Not sure we can come back if they continue to hit the 3's. We also can't afford the usual 5-6 minute scoring drought.

If we don't play 20 full intense mins I'm not sure we can make it all the way back. Now would be a great time to play our best half of the year.

BTW, Royce is a Rolls, he's going to make a great pro some day real soon.

Unfortunately he's a tweener ... if he can develop a 3-point shot there's no doubt.

It's nice to know we have guys who learn from their mistakes

If we come out with the same energy in the 2nd half, we win this game. First 3 minutes are critical.

Roscoe has to start at the 4. He has been doing good on Royce lately. Just keep him out the paint and closeout good and we are fine. He can't shoot so it shouldn't be that hard. All he is looking to do is pass unless he gets all the way to the basket so these guys need to realize that and get in the passing lanes. This team is horrible at that. But as long as we keep the defense up we should be fine going ahead in the game.

In the first 5 mins, Lamb has got to show us why he is a projected lottery pick. We have a couple guys on our team that just look completely awkward on offense. We will not win this game unless Lamb has a great 2nd half and scores.

Lamb goes off second half. No question.

First time this year, he actually looked to be a bit pissed off late in the half...and played with the aggression he did last year.

If you run a 16.50 40, maybe. 3.5 seconds is an eternity.

Also Lamb isn't the type to take over. He isn't Kobe. He is rip. He comes off screens to get his open looks to shoot. He isn't going to take anyone off the dribble. After two years of watching him we should know by now that he can't take anyone to the basket.

Lamb was open down court for a much better shot that he could've got within that 3.5. Bonehead move by Roscoe.

He took over against Arizona.

They gotta start playing some D. ISU's distributing the ball around with ease. Getting too many offensive rebounds too. Drummond's gotta step up in the middle and stay out of foul trouble this half.

I want one of the little guys to press him full court, with Roscoe picking him up when he gets to the front court.

i totally agree. someone with quick hands could get the ball out of his hands...imo

Not if they turn him over
can't count on a turnover every trip, and you'd have to rotate perfectly when he gets the ball across the stripe. perhaps a general full court press could work, they don't seem to have exceptional ballhandlers.
