If we come out with the same energy in the 2nd half, we win this game. First 3 minutes are critical.
I want one of the little guys to press him full court, with Roscoe picking him up when he gets to the front court.
that would leave a three point shooter open

Lamb goes off second half. No question.
Roscoe's shot went off when there was ~3.5 seconds, so you get two to three dribbles at most and still get off a very low percentage half court or just inside half court shot.
Lamb was open down court for a much better shot that he could've got within that 3.5. Bonehead move by Roscoe. If you run a 16.50 40, maybe. 3.5 seconds is an eternity.
Also Lamb isn't the type to take over. He isn't Kobe. He is rip. He comes off screens to get his open looks to shoot. He isn't going to take anyone off the dribble. After two years of watching him we should know by now that he can't take anyone to the basket.

can't count on a turnover every trip, and you'd have to rotate perfectly when he gets the ball across the stripe. perhaps a general full court press could work, they don't seem to have exceptional ballhandlers. Not if they turn him over
general rule of thumb is one dribble per second. If you run a 16.50 40, maybe. 3.5 seconds is an eternity.

semantics at this point, the point is, we still don't get off a very high quality shot there, at best an off balance very long three.Right. So way down the court. And Lamb was wide open.
Sounds like a bounty?I also want to see somebody bang White around the first 5 minutes, hard. Even if that mean sacrificing 2 or 3 Olander fouls and getting him to the line. White has been allowed to do whatever he wants, he needs to be taken out of his game.
