I thought he had very little chance of making it at a deep position for the Jets, but he has been impressive during camp. He stood out during the game last week and was even getting first-team reps in practice this week. Fatukasi has benefited from Leonard Williams, Steve McLendon and Henry Anderson all missing practice time lately. Fatukasi needs to keep showing up in preseason games to solidify a spot on the roster.<<

As for Obi, the Patriots really like how he plays special teams. They just lost their special team ace to IR, Brandon King, and Obi is benefiting.

The heir apparent to McCourty is the guy they drafted early in the 2nd round this year, JoeJuan Williams.
