UConn in the NFL

Anyone see Byron Jones in Fox today? Sound was off in the bar I was in...

Todman was non tendered by the Jags making him a Free Agent.

you've got to think he has shown enough now to get picked up somewhere, right?
It's just surprising he never latched on with a team. Jax was terrible at RB last year and when Gerhart went down it was either Todman or Denard Robinson. They went to Robinson and sprinkled in some Todman. Robinson far outproduced him. I love Todman and hope he finds his spot but it's getting to the point where maybe it's not a coincidence he keeps going from team to team?

“We are excited we were able to reach a deal with Tyvon and bring him to Kansas City,” Chiefs General Manager John Dorsey said. “He is a physical player who we feel can help our defense. We’re looking forward to having him.”
Though not excited that my Raiders have to face him in the division...

Lyle McCombs was very impressive at yesterday's Regional NFL Combine in Denver.

"In terms of being a complete athlete, Lyle McCombs of Rhode Island is a beast. McCombs performed at gameday intensity. He is strong and agile. McCombs hijacked the afternoon with his 11-foot broad jump."

Good luck Lyle.

Right Lyle wrong Isle?

Well there was a post a while back about Olympics, Boston and the Rent...

Who knew that despite our struggles on the field, we were training guys to compete for Olympic broad jump medals
Yeah... Strength and conditioning has been on an uptick.

Robert McClain was in Foxborough, I hope New England signs him! Maybe he and Byron Jones can make the Pats forget about Revis...
