Not much point in being 7’4 if you’re doing stuff 6’4 guys can do and not the things 7’4 guys can do.
We also can’t just ignore what his size does on defense, though, regardless of his offensive style. Also, he can get clean looks easier than smaller players, even if it’s not as stylistically different as some would wan or expect.

This is very exciting news. When was the last time we had a UConn player in either the dunk or three-point contest? Steph is also our best shot at getting a UConn player in the actual All Star Game.
Ray Allen. He was the first and only NBA player to ever be in both in a career.

San Antonio 6th grader gets surprise visit from Stephon Castle, trip to Paris after winning NBA math competition

And apparently, Wemby hosted the traditional team dinner event in Paris, in the absence of Pops this year... Castle having one hell of an introduction to the NBA! What an ambassador for the Huskies he's become!

Steph has like 2-3 dunks in his dunk package.
I defer to you on these matters, ace. How many dunks does a player need in his dunk package before you can say he has "athleticism"?

I didn't say Steph wasn't athletic or didn't have athleticism, that was a leap that posters made in classic Boneyard fashion. There is athleticism/creativity and then there is "dunk contest" athleticism/creativity, I think Steph is in the former and not the latter based off of what I've seen from his in-game dunks. We shall see next month.

Clingan gets the start tonight. In his first run he starts off with 4 rebounds and 3 blocks.

It’s always impressive to see him just completely shutdown the paint when he’s in there.

Soon as he gets subbed out Hornets go on a 12-0 run after Blazers had the lead lol

One thing you realize about the last two teams is that they had a collection of unique “special” players, players that other teams had no idea how to plan for, simulate in practice. AJX was a special athlete, there are not many of him out there. Hawk was that as a constant motion shooter. Adama was that as a college interior post big. Last years players go without saying. This year’s team really doesn’t have anything that jumps out at you other maybe Solos 3 pt shooting cusping.
