I agree, the first one to go always sets the stage for others that may be reluctant to. Personally I want an October storm so it can rain top 100 recruits

Trying not to be a biased UConn fan but if I'm a prospect that wants to do everything possible to be able to play in the NBA one day, why would I want to play in a zone? NBA defense is already too difficult for most young nba players as it is. The NBA may not be as physical is it used to be but the defensive schemes, rotations and ground that needs to be covered are huge tasks. Playing in a zone most of the time in college will just set you back.

Even if he was, why would this matter? Jackson isn't going to make his choice based on the crystal balls. What's their theory?

Everyone needs to take it easy with the crystal balls. We've been over this. They don't really mean much of anything.

That said it doesn't hurt to get a CB, either.

Cam and Cliff are my main wants. Andre's lack of shooting scares me a tad, but I'd certainly take him in a heartbeat.

Crystal Ball picks this late in the process are BEYOND relevant..
 
Sometimes a guy just wants to experience a different location. He lives in Albany, probably wants to live the next 4 years in a different place, but close enough for the family to see him play. The Big East is a nice place to call home for the next 4 years.

The tea leaves are, never mind. Hope we land him

Daniels posted on the cuse 247 board this morning: Andre Jackson recently took an official visit to UConn, and there's growing speculation that they have gained some serious ground in the recruitment. I switched my Crystal Ball from Syracuse to UConn this morning.
