UConn in 2021 Battle 4 Atlantis

Based on the conferences in the field already I’m going to guess the TBD team is an American Athletic Conference team. Wouldn’t mind Cinci in this field (Memphis and Wichita St are both there this year)

.-.
i'd rather see a big12 team
Actually yeah looking back on this now there’s been a Big 12 team every year (missed them in my initial scan of the teams). WV this year, Iowa St last year, OU in 2018.

My immediate thought was a Big12 team to fill it out and at no point as my mind was scrolling through which conferences were left out did AAC cross my mind. So refreshing.

Is it true you can only get tickets through the Atlantis and you have to be staying there to buy them?

Pumped. Great teams. Keep Hurley’s on opposing sides so we have something to look forward to. Let it happen organically. Great news!

Well, means we're not going to Maui in our first eligible year to go back, but this field is excellent. Maybe Maui in fall 2022?

Great news. I want to try and go this time around. I love Atlantis and The Bahamas. What are the chances they match us up with Arizona St in the first game? I would think ESPN would try and force that as much as they can because that would be one heck of a story.

I want to go so bad...have to see what the pricing will be for it all!

I am 90% sure you can just walk up to the ticket office and buy a ticket day of. My friend was on a cruise that stopped at atlantis one day for the last tournament and he was able to get a ticket. So he clearly was not staying at the hotel.

Good to know. For anyone that's been - does this ever sell out?

We made the last one a family reunion and it was so much fun. Of course we didn't play all that well but it was fun seeing all the players. My wife took a picture of my Grandson shaking Amida's hand. Unfortunately it seems it can no longer be found on her phone much to my chagrin. We also played a round of golf behind KJ Choi and his two sons who were staying in our hotel. They are huge Texas fans.

I know I asked this in a previous Atlantis thread, but what were the ticket packages like the last time we played there?

I think I paid 3 bills per person and got two passes for all the games. We didn't make all the games except for UConn

Sounds like Kansas hasn't been since 2014. That would be a very nice addition. They're not going to Maui that year either.

Really hoping this is it. In any event, thrilled to see us at this event.
