I'm betting it won't be streamed live because the game isn't really competitive. Ossining beat them in December 85-36.

Monacan advanced to the regional final on Thursday with an 81-54 win.

I love as big who can hit free throws. Admittedly, I know very little about Charli other than she is tall and talented (T&T) but very encouraged about her clutch play, stepping up in crunch time, and her consistent ability to hit key free throws. She is a greatly welcomed UCONN player whom I predict will have a fantastic college career.

As a big, she will be fouled quite a bit and the ability to hit free throws makes her very valuable, will get her a lot of minutes, and will help UCONN to continue to win a heck of a lot of games.

Ossining cruised to a 93-63 win Friday night to advance to the semi-finals.

Andra Espinoza-Hunter had 37 points, 27 of them by the half. She added 5 assists.

Barbers Hill advanced to the regional championship despite severe foul trouble for Charli Collier that kept her on the bench for the majority of the game. She was also doubled for much of the time she did play.

Collier finished with 2 points and 7 rebounds.

“Charli’s such a great kid,” Danley said.

“She’s such a phenomenal player, and she wants to do everything and please everybody. She got a little frustrated, and (Rouse) had a lot to do with that, but fortunately she relied on her teammates.

“I’ve coached her for three years. I can assure you that effort won’t happen again.

“She’s going to show up (Saturday) and let everybody know what type of player she is.”

Charli Collier bounced back Saturday to help Barbers Hill reach the state tourney in a 55-43 victory.

Collier ended up with 20 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 blocks
