GEESh just hold on to it!

This has been the bad word on McCummings. Not sure this one is his fault, but he should have just lost the yards and fallen with the ball.

McEntee is looking pretty the best so far. McCumming just got a fumble. Guard stepped on his foot.

Off topic, but Auburn-Utah State is in the third quarter now and USU is still ahead.

I am keeping up with that. Even as an SEC brethren, I freakin HATE Auburn and will laugh if they lose. Bunch of cheatin bastages.

Looks like he lucked out... down before he tried to hand it off.

No fumble - lucky

.-.
Should keep the ball here....luckily

Like that McEntee was telling McCummings not to worry about it.

There's my boy Matt Cersosimo...played football and hockey against him for many years growing up in WH.

So far I like the maturity of Johhny Mac. Freshman will make mistakes. Johnny might get hitmore and take a sack but at least it's not a turnover

dang, my espn3 feed is not loading all of a sudden...

.-.
"Jordon" McCombs!

Jordon and Donald who?

I think we're going to be okay at running back.

I know it's just Fordham.... but I'm cautiously optimistic about this offense.

what have you seen that has made you optimistic?

we've run the ball for 5-7 yards per carry against a team with 30 scholarships who isn't a .500 team in FCS.

from what i've seen we've wasted an afternoon by trying to beat a terrible team rather than using the reps to get better at things we need to work on.

.-.
Again, with the caveat it's against Fordham, but McCombs does a nice job of getting to the corner and turning it upfield.

Not a knock on Nebrich at all, but I think the combo of McEntee and McCummings may be the way to go.

This is absurd. There is a lot of value in a game like this.

Anyone who draw meaningful conclusions from this game is....

The play has been a little sloppy. The coach is trying to get things on film for future opponents. It's a nice sunny day. That's about it.

I don't know. Alot of this stuf isnt going to fly against a WVU. We arn't going to be beating bigger fast teams to the outside like this. Mccumings is decent but he's no Pat White.

Great block by the FB to seal that corner on the TD run. The FB has missed alot of them today though. We'll miss Tank

of course there is value in a game like this.

but we've run the ball 25 times and thrown it like 9. we're winning and doing what we're supposed to do, i just don't see how anyone can draw any conclusions from what we're seeing offensively.

Yeah, I wonder about burning the red shirt. I wonder if the decision is influenced by Casey coming next year

We couldn't put together passing plays like we've had today against an FCS team last year.... In a 62-3 blowout against Texas Southern Zach Frazer managed a total of 104 yards passing for one.

What I've seen is three QB's getting snaps for the first time ever.

McEntee throwing nice passes with the correct pace to receivers in stride.

McCummings has run, optioned and play actioned for success.

Nebrich, has shown elusiveness.

And we have given McCombs an opportunity to get game day reps.

Hardly a waste but someone has to be a contrarian.
