He got some decent run in CF in 2023/2024 then entered the Baseball Portal in the summer of 2024.
Yep, I thought he had a good shot at starting going into 2024, but then the transfer Caleb Spuhr took over.

I know we're uber dependent on NIL guys now, but, I'm looking forward to seeing how our younger pups that we recruited out of HS/Prep School... It's time for some of themL

WRs -

Drawdy - either we see something this season (anything) or he may be onto greener pastures

Harper - didn't he come in as someone who was a little more discplined with his skill set? (I may be wrong, but if he can show flashes now's the time)

T Smith - who I'm also super intrigued about because of his speed - maybe ends up being the deep ball threat for us in the long run.. maybe he can be our version of DeSean Jackson???

Jarvis Jones - ???

RB:

Oliver Lundberg Coleman - he's stuck behind folks, but would be nice to see him show something, even in practice, so that, just in case he can very well end up being another Cam Edwards type...

OL:

Tunde - He's the only guy I'm really intrigued about at this point (again, out of the younger pups that have a year or 2 under the belts)... Hoping he's developing and can contribute... maybe even surprise, flash, and take somebody's spot in the 2 deep (that is completely unsettled with all the graduations)

LB:

Diomande - he played a little last season IIRC... Hopefully he's ready to show something

Ethan Hogg - nice size... maybe needs one more year to show???

Jon Morris - Hopefully he's a little bigger now... 200lbs is tough to play at this level

DL: jury's out on these 3, with all the portal guys leading the way after the graduations. Hopefully 1 (at least) stands out:

Cooper Ackerman

Brandon Kelly

Cleto Chol

Have at it folks...

I think pretty much everyone you named here has a big spring ahead of them. Several of these guys have been here a couple seasons now and so I think both the staff and the players themselves will be eager to use this spring to determine if they are part of the future here or is it time to try someplace else.
