Lol have you even watched South Carolina this year? Beal is an excellent defender.
She is. But at 6’0 who does she guard? Irwin? If she is on Megan, low post action. If she guards C.Williams then who guards Megan? South Carolina does not run much zone.

Walker struggled against a 6’4 sabally and a 6’3 didi Richards. Both long and agile and juniors. I’m not convinced a good freshman defender is about to lock up an All American candidate in Megan Walker. Walker will eat Beal up.

You're getting very creative with the numbers. Beal and Richards are both listed 6'1", same as Walker.

How about the Tennessee game? What explains the 3-15 shooting in that game?

My apologies. The site I saw had Beal at 6’0. I thought Richards was 6’3 based on just how long she is. I think Megan is learning how to play against length. Something I think she struggled with also against Tennessee. South Carolina is big not really long. Now back to the question I asked, who does Beal guard? From the games I’ve seen she seems small. Honestly was shocked to see she was 6’0

According to Mel Greenburg. UConn's Run in the Top 5 Started Feb 5, 2007 242 Consecutive Weeks.

When was the last time UCONN was out of the top 5?

Oh and I’m very much serious. My team is god awful. Been so for years. I have a lot more free time to watch other women’s teams play. Sorry for being two inches off on 1 player I guess. Megan, Beal, and didi are all 6’1 but all have different builds. Guess that’s where I was going with that

And does Mel know who has the 2nd longest streak? (I am pretty sure that we have the current longest streak. )

I believe if UConn does not win this game they are in danger of dropping below a two seed. A lot depends on what the teams do who are ranked above them.

I guess that I was not really good at asking what I was thinking.
Our consecutive Top 5 streak has been stopped, so who currently has the longest consecutive Top 5 streak? Offhand I would guess Baylor, starting in the 2017 - 18 season?

UConn will lose big against South Carolina as they will setup the Zone against us with Boston stopping any drives. Dawn will run up the score.
1 for 4. Big loss. Never saw a zone, Boston had a couple blocks, but so did we. Dawn sucked the air out of the ball in the second half.
