To be honest, this kind of Micky Mouse stuff really annoys me. Let's act like a reputable program. Get some equipment that works.

Same can be said about the "pre-season roster preview" interviews with the coaches. Instead of the crappy Zoom recordings, how about we get an 4K capable camera and pick a nice open room in the baseball complex.

This isn't an indictment on Jones. It's the program. It's also frustration for not being prepared for these OOC season-opening games every single year. Can Jones use a nice camera? Does the Athletic Department have one to spare? Is there a spare room on campus with a potted plant and a UConn logo on the wall that can host a 15 minutes interview so we're not recording a Zoom call on a cell phone?

It's about paying attention to the details. Selling yourself as a top-tier program.
