• UConn is now 6-28 all-time against East Carolina, with a 2-4 mark this season in the first contests between the squads since 1989
• The three hits for Connecticut mark a season low
• UConn dropped to 9-4 this season against left-handed starting pitchers, with three of those losses against East Carolina

Up next, UConn has the week off for finals before returning to J.O. Christian Field on Saturday, May 9 to kick off a three-game league series with Cincinnati. The Huskies and Bearcats will play a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.
