They are okay this year… rosters need to be finalized @ 34 by December 1. Next fall - the fall ball roster is capped @ 38.

there is a clause in the roster where guys can be grandfathered in and not count towards the NCAA imposed cap limit, i believe.

Yeah… wording was kinda wonky regarding who qualifies as designated student-athlete and if the school wants to extend it. I know UConn Football had kids who may have qualified but were sent along to stay @ 105 (or so it was presented as such).
