Ohio State finishes the college football season at the top of the NCAA Re-Rank 1-134. But where do the rest of the teams fall? We list them all.

I messed up the format, somehow Pitt got separated from the list. It should be 10 ACC teams, same as what @storrsroars had in his post. I just wanted to list the teams, cuz calling out mediocrity is only fair game after we got called out.
