I don’t remember the Bernice at Shady Glen but my go to was always the cheeseburger, shake and onion rings.Don't forget the milkshake/ice-cream

Yeah, I don't understand this trend of coaches leaving on a bad note. It's hard on everyone. There is no need to make it personal or derogatory. the former coach and millen, not sure why they felt the need to go low like that.I like the way Candle left Toledo. Before Candle was announced by UConn as the next head coach, he had a team meeting to look his players in the eye to tell them he was leaving. Mora didn't do that. Granted, it was tough timing due to the Thanksgiving break, but Mora had met with CSU in Connecticut before the final game, so he knew he was leaving when he sent everyone home for Thanksgiving.
Also, I didn't like the Millen quotes, Mora's good friend, trashing UConn and Mora highlighting what he thought were the negatives of the UConn job.
Detroit and Sicilian styles may appear similar but Detroit far superior. Might as well just open as many different style of pizza joints as is possible and call it the Pizza Capital of the World!!! Or.. was that name taken already??
I think of all coaches of any team I've ever been a fan of, Geno has always been by far my favorite to watch talk.I've always appreciated how Geno gives real consideration to questions like this. Especially lately. That was a way better and way longer response than anyone deserved and it did a good job conveying how a lot of people around here feel
Hope he follows his coach here:
4* QB

Calabrese here, preach my southern brother! As a Sicilian, I can safely say that you are off your rocker and that you've never tried real Sicilian pizza from a real Sicilian. By the way, I'm pretty sure that Stinger is Sicilian too, so... if you find a horse's head in your bed tonight... not my problem...

Are you Italian too??Parla Italiano per favore
Il mio italiano è migliorato da quando sono appena stato in Italia.Parla Italiano per favore
I haven't been since I was 6 years old. The wife and I want to get back there next year if we can.None parlo Italiano.
I know quite a few individual words, can understand reasonably well if I spend enough time there.
When did you visit and where did you go?
In 2006 my brothers & I inherited a condo in Northern Rome (my late grandmother's younger brother's place). I went a few times the first eight years, then every year until COVID (2020). In 2022 I spent a few days there to close the sale (I spent 15 years covering all costs on my own, it didn't make sense to hold onto it) and haven't been back since. I'll try to go again next summer.I haven't been since I was 6 years old. The wife and I want to get back there next year if we can.
I should try to make that happen and get back in time to watch Candle's first undefeated season as the coach of UConn Football...
