He's definitely done here. I was just wondering once the ESPN article popped up and Mora made his comment if the other team would say.. ya know what, this guy isn't worth sticking our neck out for and then Yates ends up flapping in the breeze and is the one that loses because of another team tampering. I would be fascinated to read all about the ensuing lawsuit coming out of that one.
this just in:

netflix has purchased the documentary rights to "everything has a pryce".

Every coach must've been wrong about him. What are the odds? ;)
Players like that are valuable special teams pieces. He's obviously got physical gifts. May not be good enough to start here, but you need depth pieces like him.

I am just wondering if a tortious interference case could be made in the tampering affair.
First, to be clear, what Muntz was talking about was criminal acts. Civilly, one can sue another for anything he wants, but I’d be really surprised if you could get anywhere on that for a number of reasons. But might one try? Sure.

Frivolous lawsuits are not advisable though, right? or was I misinformed? :)

Moving credits from school to school has to be a nightmare.
This is just me speculating, but I ranted in another post that I don't think they are actually matriculating into any worthwhile program. Jumping from school to school, with each having their own requirements for conferring a degree, I doubt most of these transfers are majoring in anything beyond liberal arts/general studies/sports. Besides which, even if their credits don't transfer, does it really matter? As someone wrote in another post (sorry I don't recall the poster otherwise I'd give the shoutout to them), they've become athlete-students...graduating isn't necessarily the endgame, but getting paid to play is. With the money they earn, they could go back to school afterwards if they wanted to.

So they are chemistry and biology majors? Future geneticists? Nice.

Painting with a broad brush there. Or should I say liberally applying paint...

I did my undergrad with someone who was in the same STEM major as I was. We were in the same classes and were lab partners. He was hard working, played for our college football team (don't know how he kept up, but he did), and had a career in the NFL. To do our major, you're not jumping schools cuz it's a big time commitment with classes and labs. You might not like what I said, and I prefaced my post by saying I was speculating, but let's be honest, the players jumping schools every year aren't thinking about the degree.

If you have a point to make, wouldn't it be easier to just make it?
Just that suing anyone for anything they want could be frivolous right? There has to be a legal reason behind it or the judge will hammer the bringer of the suit. Or has something changed.

I just meant that liberal arts contains a whole hell of alot of majors that include STEM so lumping it in as an "easy major" was a bit broad. ;)

Unfortunately, the vast majority of frivolous lawsuits cost the defendant material amounts of time and money to defend with the plaintiff rarely being punished. And if the plaintiff’s lawyers aren’t being paid on a contingency basis, they’re usually happy to fight the stupid fight.

With the possible exception of players jumping to the Ivy League. ;)

Brilliant. Kid is a good DL. Hope he maximizes his earnings.

This is nfl boys and girls and everything In between.

Right now college football is like an u affiliated minor league baseball teams. No uniform contracts. Every team an Indy.
