Cheeky, I assume Purvis, in spite of his shortcomings, has dedicated himself to his game. I would also assume he will get better. Your original post says neither.
But I believe that you are not trolling if you say so. You must be very emphatic in your communication.
I think I kind of agree with what you meant even though I disagree with what you said. While he may not end up being a natural basketball mind, he will be a better basketball player.
