If management wrote me anything resembling what you're implying, the first thing I'd do was publish it. There'd be nothing stopping me.

What the heck could they do about it? The implied threat makes no sense unless you are an employee and that raises other issues.

I was told it was directed at me and only me and it wasn't to be posted printed etc. I certainly thought of posting it as that alone irked me.

Yet if is going to be posted it should be by the person that wrote it after that comment

Until there is a significant uptick in attendance I will continue to believe that the Sun need to do more off the court as well as on and will comment as such

First thing I would do is contact a lawyer. You have the to counsel.

Are they in the process of negotiating a new CBA? If so, when would you expect it to be ratified?
