I wouldn't be sure. People will be fleeing Tulsa for Community Colleges (students and faculty). Talking to administrators about this, they paint a picture of the apocalypse.
Both SHU and Tulsa will be fine because they have a rich student body. Both school rank in the top 150 of schools with students from the 1%. UCONN isn't bad for a public school: #327.
