Perhaps, though there is a school of thought that he could remain at WMU, win 11 or 12 games again, and move up to the P5. Taking a job at UC certainly is risky in a sense because the program isn't in the best shape and if he goes 5-7 or 6-6 a couple of times, his stock is now much lower than it would be if he stayed at WMU for '17 and went 10-2/11-1.
The good news for us is that if somehow Diaco is booted and Fleck is considering the likes of UC and UH, we'd have a semi-realistic shot at bringing him in.
Fleck is not going to command a heavy duty contract, ie 12 to 15mm range. Even with a bigger school he would likely be in the 2 to mid 2 level, like an 8 mm type deal. He's not won at a p5 level, or even top g5 level over any period of time.
