Hey... I lost 20 lbs last year.I met many 'yarders. If his goal is to fill the bus, he can probably do it with about a dozen 'yarders.

I'm also bummed that Kansas plays at 9:45 on Friday. Normally I can watch both teams' games. Not this year it seems. The universe conspired against me.Yep. I'll probably take a nap after dinner. 😉
You just need more TVsI'm also bummed that Kansas plays at 9:45 on Friday. Normally I can watch both teams' games. Not this year it seems. The universe conspired against me.
It's a Friday night, why do you care what time it starts? Of course sports bars will be open.Yeah, it's complete BS. Really horrible decision by whoever made it. No game in eastern time should start that late, and we know the game before will run 20-25 minutes long. So we're looking at game end around 12:30. Most sports bars won't even be open, so the opportunities for fans to get out to watch the game is reduced, let alone those who are actually there.

There aren't any and the bars with TVs nearby will close.Go to a sports bar.

It's always been like this. There are usually 2 night games at a venue and the later one usually starts around 9:30 or 10:00.10pm game local time? No thanks. I dont mean specific to uconn fans. No game needs to start that late unless its being played on west coast. Even with the the tournament playing on 15 channels at once they couldn't manage a more reasonable start. All glory to money!
I've resigned myself to DVRing it and watching it bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning with the Mrs. Not much of a difference to watching live and instantly going to bed.Yep. I'll probably take a nap after dinner. 😉
59. I am certainly awake at 10:00 and even 11:00. But this will tip at about 10:25-10:30 and go until probably about 12:40-12:45. That puts it about an hour later than I'd normally be up, and if you add the prospect of going out to watch it (which I would prefer to do if it was earlier) then you're getting back well after 1:00 AM. Even 20 years ago that was easy, not so much now.How old are some of y'all if a 10pm start time on a Friday night is putting you in a blender? My pops is 83 and even he is wide awake at that time.
I'd wake up in the middle of the night, check the score and not be able to go back to sleep.I've resigned myself to DVRing it and watching it bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning with the Mrs. Not much of a difference to watching live and instantly going to bed.
Having 2 east cost teams (UConn & Furman) play at 10 is silly.
Having 2 Big East teams in the East region is criminal.
I can't do that with a tournament game. I can do that when we play some cupcake early season, but not with any game that matters. So despite my griping, I will be up. Hoping we get a better slot on Sunday.I'd wake up in the middle of the night, check the score and not be able to go back to sleep.
Take a day off. Hell, I was considering taking a half day to go to the sportsbook and just watch the other games. This Thursday-Friday should be federal holidays.Meanwhile… UCLA fans will be at work or on the 101 when their game starts in Philly, 4:30 pm, PDT. UCF’s 13 fans? Who cares.
Why is it so difficult for you staying up just past midnight on a Friday night?59. I am certainly awake at 10:00 and even 11:00. The point remains, two east coast teams have a late game in an east coast venue. It should have been done differently. The last game is 10:10 but in St. Louis, so 9:10 local time. KU plays at 9:45 eastern, but in San Diego. So why is the very latest game in San Diego 15 minutes earlier on eastern time than our game in Philly? It's all very illogical.
I think last year Comcast gave me a split screen optionYou just need more TVs
