Auburn is a good team and UConn is lucky to not have to play them. In this tournament not uncommon for good team to have off night, or opponent have a hot night and lose to a lesser team. It’s why they play 7 games series in the pros. Even with that a team gets hot and wins a series where they were not the best team.

The Ken Pom stats are the most accurate in my opinion.
UConn did get screwed by committee, but with this break, the bracket now seems fair, but both Iowa St and Illinois are good teams.
Nope. They stunk. And they proved they stunk.

They lost to App State and their best OOC win was Indiana.

Spreadsheet heroes got what they deserved.

Besides the fact that it's an obvious ploy to further consolidate the cash, it's also remarkably stupid and in the box thinking.

Go to 22 teams. Have an east/west or north/south division. Play a round robin. Then do your own conference playoff where they meet up in the finals. I don't see how this isn't being talked about as an option. The Big XII, for example, could basically have the old Big East back together if they did this after the ACC implodes

Yale played an almost perfect game. They are unlikely to do it again. But congrats and thank you. It take luck to get through this field and this looks like a little luck for us.

Why don’t we play Yale in the regular season more often? Good team right in our backyard. You’d think it would be an annual thing.

UVM has no business being in this game but Duke looks totally lost at times. The circus shots won't keep falling for Vermont but Duke looks like they expected to win by just showing up
