How about Laeticia Amihere for South Carolina? And curious as to whether Yvonne Ejim from Gonzaga would qualify based on her accomplishments at the mid-major level?

Washington St. has had a ton of international players, a couple that come to mind are Borislava Hristova (Bulgaria) and Bella Murekatete (Rwanda). Oh yea, Charlisse Leger-Walker (New Zealand), who is finishing up at UCLA.

edit--Eleanora Villa (Italy) is in the midst of a nice career, but WSU has fallen off the map

Love some of these throw backs. Add in Clarisse Machanguana of Mozambique for the ODU kids.

Does Aliyah Boston being from Virgin Islands count?

A few more that came to mind, including two Husky favorites:

Australia
Alanna Smith, Stanford [edit: Sorry, @nwhoopfan, I missed your post]

Canada
Laeticia Amihere, South Carolina
Kim Gaucher, Utah

France/Mexico

I feel like there must be some Spanish players I'm just not thinking of. Or maybe they tend to go straight to the pros and don't attend college in the US?

There was that Duke guard .

At this point, I'm only looking for Europe or Canadian players who would be better than those already listed.

BTW, I also claim Gabby Williams on behalf of France.
Nice try but she was born in US. 😀

If we went by national teams I'd have to count Wisconsin born and bred Megan Gustafson as Spanish. No way Jose. 🤣

And for a way-back machine entry, I think Canadian Bev Smith, who played for Oregon, should be considered. She's in Oregon's Hall of Fame.

What about Kitija Laksa (Latvia / USF)?

Technically, you could try to use that logic with Syla Swords as she was born in Paris I recall. 😉
