ya hang a ball tethered ball to a rope so she has to jump almost to her max height to grab it. Let it swing free. She has to grab it and hang for a second before she lets go. Do that about 200 times a day and she will learn how to grab and hang on.Would love to see Jana go after rebounds versus just boxing out one position and not anticipating where the ball will go. She may be trying too hard but she has had issues grabbing ball with two hands. Not sure how to coach this issue but if Geno can get her to relax, her performance will likely show great improvement. Skill is there.
Also throw her some hard passes that she has to reach high for will. She has to catch them and not bobble them.
Practice makes perfect.
