I know it's earlier than usual for this thread, but after Sunday's victory, let's keep the focus and excitement going. Here are my top 3 things:

1) More Caroline. She had an all around terrific game against Iowa. I think she has improved much from last year and we are only starting to see it now.

2) Azzi to start early with the pull ups off the bounce. Two games in a row that has been what got her going.

3) Our bigs to keep up the heady play underneath with Ayanna avoiding the cheap fouls, Aubrey causing havoc and also shooting when open, and Aaliyah just being spectacular again. After 5 games, we are nowhere near the potential for these three this year. It's a very exhilarating prospect.

Apologies for failing to mention Lou and our point guard, you know, "this girl stuck to my face", as Caitlin Clark referred to her, but I'm sure you will.

Improved free throw shooting. I know they only had six yesterday but the 33% needs to improve.

The players weather the "bug" that is going around. If it's the same crud that is going around here, playing 30 to 40 minutes with nasal congestion cannot be fun.

A chance for extended playing time for Ines and Amari.

1) No injuries

2) Dorka sitting the bench with her left hand at her side on occasion and not propping it up to keep the blood from rushing to her thumb

3) Amari get some PT.

1. Even more and even better Caroline minutes!
2. Amari!!
3. Inês

If Amari and Inês get in the game it means two things 1) they proved something in practice and 2) we're really cruising.

1. Caroline keeping her confidence up which made her play like we need her. We do!!
2. Our Depth Ayanna, Amari, and Ines get more minutes to develop and give our starters a rest for the Notre Dame game which might be our biggest challenge to date.
3. The Starters play with the same intensity and cohesiveness and will to win that we have shown so far.
