As we all anxiously await word on Aubrey, who is in our constant thoughts, here are my top 3 things against the Hoyas:

1) Needless to say, no more injuries of any kind.

2) The team to circle the wagons, and come out with guns blazing and end the game by halftime so we can get good PT for our non-starters.

3) Ice and Q to play within themselves and to do what they can do well to help the team.

What are yours?

No heavy lifting in this one even though Georgetown has some tall players.

1. Starters continue to build on what they have going
2. See Ice stand up and be counted since she has the most size of the options
3. Get a big enough lead that all the long players can play with the 1st team for a bit

No injuries!
Ice to build on her last game and perhaps score double figures. I’d also like to see her spend the bulk of her time around the basket.
Q to show a few Aubrey moves.

To watch the game, which is going to happen. I watch my Giants play with my son so if, like last Sunday, a UConn game is on at the same time as a Giants game and the UConn game is viewable only via Fox Sports, which I can't record, I'm out of luck. The Giants are on at 4:30 so all will be good. Other than that and the no more injuries thing, I'd like to see Q use her extra minutes well.

1. All American games from Paige and Aaliyah
2. Continued progress for ICE
3. GO FRESHMEN! and 3a. Clarification of Husky "rotation"

1. Continued progress by ICE.
2. No silly, unnecessary fouls by Muhl and KK.
3. KK taking the ball to the basket more often.

1. UConn keeps it together despite the recent Nth blow to the team, where N is a large number.

2. If Aubrey is at the game, it would warm my heart if she’s engaged and cracks a few smiles. If she can keep some semblance of enthusiasm, that would show incredible inner strength.

3. Ice builds on her good last game.

To watch the Giants is act of bravery these days. Bring back Y.A.

Of course no injuries and a win are always in play for desires for games Here are my other desires:
1. The team continues to play well as they move past this last obstacle
2. Q and Ice continue getting stronger in both their defense and offense.
3. Be able to work in some time for both Ines and Amari as the roster length keeps getting shorter.

Continuing defensive effort
Continued shooting efficiency
The newbies (and oldies) continue to play well

1. Nika mini-mini slump over for sure
2. No sign of significant regression or Wall from the freshman starters; I'll take that rather than looking for drastic advancement
3. Progress from Ice & Q, especially Ice, though where the speed & quickness will come from I don't know. But she can be a big deal with just what we've seen so far (trend line is encouraging) plus some more energy & smarts: achiveable.

Those 3, because you won't even hear the "I"-word from me; Paige & Aliyah will have great games/good games/and an occasional off game and what will be will be; and I have just about given up hoping for that miracle "big" contribution off the bench.

In addition to the usual of a win and no more injuries (or illnesses, given that the men's team has/had the flu):

1. Paige and Liya play like All-Americans.

2. The frosh shoot 50% or better.

3. We keep turnovers to 10 or fewer.

1. The continuation of growth of the starting offensively and defensively.
2. Ice and Q continue to improve their games.
3. 4 players in double figures.

Let's not forget Alex Webster.

1. Ice continues to build on the Creighton Game
2. No Injuries
3. They team looks upbeat

1. Another strong win.
2. No relapse in any of the quarters.
3. Balanced scoring from all players and fewer TOs.
