Is Enoch good enough defensively to play Center?
He has the raw materials, certainly. He's 6-foot-10 and athletic with a 7-foot-3 wingspan. For comparison, Karl Towns is 6-foot-11 with a 7-foot-3.5 wingspan.
Enoch is raw, and will have to learn defensive rotations, of course. But he's going to be depth at two spots next year, and will get a chance to learn behind Amida & Phil, two guys who have limitations - but also have championship rings.
I actually suspect that Facey will spend more time at the 5 than the 4 in his college career, and honestly don't think adding another pure center is crucial for 2015/16. I'd rather have a floor-stretching forward like the German kid - which could be crucial if DHam leaves after his sophomore season.
