Before the AP poll is released and trickles down to ESPN ranking page and then the schedule, here's a little tease of hoops today, showing last week's rankings. The Ivy League is still a bit bunched at the top, so maybe today things will spread out a bit. Tuesday though Sunday games will be posted after everything updates.
@BRS24 has the whole week mapped out in the week 12 thread.
The NCAA again conveniently has zero or one broadcast games for a few days and then several of interest in one night. I can't even DVR all the games I want to see tonight. And that's with the UMD/Iowa game not on NBC but Peacock, at least around here. (I wouldn't think NBC would have a game on during the lucrative local/network news time slots.)
Has Tennessee played against a player like Strack this season? Tennessee likes a lot of rim pressure from guard penetration and I wonder if Strack's shot blocking prowess will make them revert to bad habits and quick mid-range shots / reliance on 3s.
We've been incredibly spoiled this last week as these games have been incredibly entertaining:
Monday we had TCU/Ohio State and Michigan/Vandy both go down to the wire
Today we had:
-Maryland claw back from a 17 point deficit to hit a game tying 3 to force OT
-Tennessee/Kentucky come down to the very end
-South Carolina claw back to force OT, only to watch Chavez put together maybe the best OT performance I've ever seen
